We’re looking for an experienced, strategic and results-driven Director of Field Marketing, APAC to lead regional marketing across one of our fastest-growing markets. Based in Singapore, you’ll shape and execute the marketing strategy for Southeast Asia, India, Korea, Japan, China, Australia and New Zealand, leading a high-performing team focused on accelerating pipeline, revenue growth, customer expansion and new logo acquisition. This is a highly visible leadership role that sits at the intersection of sales, corporate marketing, product marketing and regional leadership. You’ll bring global strategy to life through locally relevant programs while serving as the trusted marketing partner for the APAC business.
Develop and execute an integrated APAC field marketing strategy aligned to regional business priorities and global marketing objectives. Drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth through targeted campaigns, events, account-based initiatives, digital programs and demand generation activities. Identify market opportunities, customer trends and competitive insights to inform regional marketing investments.
Lead, mentor and empower a high-performing team of regional field marketers. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability and continuous improvement. Build scalable processes and best practices that improve marketing effectiveness across the region.
Serve as the primary marketing partner to regional sales leadership, ensuring strong alignment on priorities, campaigns, pipeline targets and execution. Translate corporate marketing strategies into localized programs that reflect regional market dynamics and customer needs. Influence go-to-market planning through data-driven insights and market expertise.
Oversee the planning and execution of regional events, executive programs, webinars, trade shows and customer experiences that strengthen relationships and generate demand. Collaborate with product marketing, technical teams and corporate marketing to deliver compelling messaging and content tailored to regional audiences. Expand market reach through strategic partnerships with industry associations, academia, technology partners and regional influencers.
Manage regional marketing budgets with a focus on ROI, performance measurement and continuous optimization. Establish clear KPIs and leverage analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future investment decisions. Select and manage external agencies, vendors and partners to ensure high-quality, cost-effective execution.
Partner with the Corporate Events team to deliver successful APAC participation in global events, including AspenTech's User Conference and Sales Meetings.
Travel throughout the region (approximately 30%) to support customers, field teams, and strategic events, with one to two trips annually to the United States.
This role reports to the Vice President, Marketing Programs, based in the United States.
