Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Director of F10 Facilities Construction to lead the Fab 10 expansion as Micron's owner's representative.

You will manage budget, schedule, safety, and the handover process for a complex cleanroom facility, coordinating with global teams. The role requires 15+ years in large-scale industrial or semiconductor construction, with 8+ years of leadership over multi-discipline teams; PE or PMP is preferred.

Qualificações

• 15+ years in large-scale industrial or semiconductor facilities.
• 8+ years leading managers and multi-discipline teams.
• Proven track record as owner's representative or main-contractor lead.
• Experience with design input and lessons-learnt processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Fab 10 expansions: budget, schedule and main contractor safety.
• Act as Micron's owner's representative to the General Contractor; drive controls and recovery plans.
• Coordinate system handover with sustaining teams and ensure readiness.
• Lead safety programs with EHS; ensure compliance with Singapore WSH.
• Provide design input and capture lessons learnt during design phase.
• Lead a multi-discipline team and align standards across Singapore expansion.
