Job summary

Frasers Property Limited is seeking an ERP Process & Design Consultant for a full-time contract in Singapore. The role centers on SAP S/4HANA and Yardi, shaping the Target Operating Model, standardizing processes, and maximizing native SAP capabilities to minimize customizations and debt.

You will co-lead integration and data migration strategies, establishing governance for customisations and ensuring scalable, best-in-class ERP landscape across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years ERP transformation experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven success in process standardization and enterprise architecture advisory.
• Experience in system integration and data migration for large ERP programs.
• Strong understanding of SAP best practices and native S/4HANA capabilities.
• Experience designing governance frameworks for ERP programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the Target Operating Model (TOM) to reflect industry-leading practices.
• Drive adoption of standardized, efficient, and scalable processes across business units.
• Promote the use of native S/4HANA functionality to reduce custom developments and technical debt.
• Work with S/4 HANA Solution Architect to provide strategic direction on SAP S/4HANA architecture.
• Co-lead system integration and data migration roadmap for One ERP.
