Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise transformation, Data Strategy, AI Strategy, or AI-enabled innovation.
• Proven success in shaping, selling, and delivering large-scale consulting engagements valued in the multi-million-dollar range.
• Strong experience engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders across multiple industries.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex transformation programmes from strategy through execution.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving business growth and client value creation.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Passion for leveraging emerging technologies such as Generative AI, advanced analytics, automation, and modern data platforms to solve business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a multi-million-dollar consulting portfolio across Southeast Asia.
• Lead the pursuit, shaping, and delivery of strategic Data and AI transformation opportunities, partnering closely with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Translate client business objectives into compelling value propositions supported by scalable data platforms and AI-powered operating models.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior executives across client organizations.
• Architect and lead large-scale digital, data, and AI transformation programmes.
• Advise clients on designing data-driven organizations, embedding AI capabilities, and unlocking new sources of business value.
• Connect strategy to execution by mobilizing cross-functional teams and ensuring successful programme outcomes.
• Drive innovation and business reinvention through data, analytics, automation, and AI.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and thought leadership content around Data Strategy, AI Operating Models, and Generative AI transformation.
• Contribute to the creation of intellectual property, methodologies, and consulting assets.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, client events, and executive forums as a recognized thought leader.

We are seeking a bold and visionary leader to drive large-scale enterprise Data and AI transformations across Southeast Asia. As a Director, you will shape the future of data-driven enterprises by leading with creativity, purpose, and commercial acumen.

You will architect transformative journeys for clients, grounded in a deep understanding of business challenges and enabled by innovative data, AI, and technology solutions. This role focuses on driving business growth, leading complex consulting engagements, and delivering end-to-end transformation initiatives across data, AI, and business innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Client Leadership

• Own and grow a multi-million-dollar consulting portfolio across Southeast Asia.
• Lead the pursuit, shaping, and delivery of strategic Data and AI transformation opportunities, partnering closely with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

Essential Experience

• 15+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise transformation, Data Strategy, AI Strategy, or AI-enabled innovation.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with enterprise data and cloud platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or similar technologies.
• Experience working within regulated industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or the Public Sector.
• Regional consulting or business leadership experience across Southeast Asia.
