Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Enterprise Software Specialist (OutSystems) to design, develop, and deliver secure, scalable enterprise applications on OutSystems. This hands-on role focuses on development, integration, migration, and engineering best practices across the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects and partners to translate requirements into robust OutSystems solutions, continuously improving platform standards and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 7+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on OutSystems development experience (OutSystems 11/ODC).
• Experience delivering enterprise low-code web applications, AI/LLM-enabled solutions, integrations or productivity platforms.
• Experience in Agile environments and collaborating with partners, platform owners and architects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement enterprise applications using OutSystems 11 (O11) and ODC with reusable UI components.
• Develop AI/LLM-enabled solutions and integrations (e.g., AWS Bedrock).
• Maintain and support existing OutSystems applications, including migrations and platform health monitoring.
• Migrate applications from OutSystems 11 to ODC and drive best practices.
• Ensure security, governance, and scalable architecture across applications.
