Job summary

Standard Chartered Singapore is seeking an experienced Compliance professional to provide second-line oversight over Regulatory, Financial Crime and Conduct Risk. The role covers both traditional banking and Digital Asset activities and requires collaboration with business, risk and regulatory teams.

You will advise and challenge on conduct, regulatory compliance and risk controls while maintaining independence and timely escalation of issues, contributing to the bank's risk management framework.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of banking or financial services experience with a strong understanding of regulatory environments.
• Knowledge of Digital Assets regulatory, financial crime and conduct risk considerations.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent second-line oversight and specialist advice on Compliance, Financial Crime and Conduct Risk.
• Assess effectiveness of Compliance and risk requirements across traditional and Digital Asset activities.
• Advise businesses on regulatory compliance, fair client outcomes and risk controls.
• Support governance, escalation and remediation of material risk issues.
