Job summary

Standard Chartered Singapore is seeking a skilled CDD/AML professional to support critical workstreams within the Client Due Diligence team. You will implement projects ensuring compliance with Group and country policies, delivering high-quality outputs under regulatory timelines.

You will advise on project management best practices, collaborate with Relationship Managers and Compliance teams, and present updates to senior stakeholders to optimise risk and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CDD reviews or AML advisory
• Strong understanding of financial crime risk
• Proactive risk management and stakeholder handling
• Excellent presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of vision and strategy for the CDD team
• Coordinate with RM, Compliance and Tax Operations to ensure timely FATCA/CRS delivery
• Review customer profiles and documentation for risk-based decisions
• Escalate high-risk cases to advisory and senior approvals
• Maintain audit-ready records and support QA reviews
