SINGAPORE RAFFLES MUSIC COLLEGE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a leader to manage the Dance Faculty, overseeing academic performance and coordinating resources to support a vibrant learning environment.

You will supervise lecturers, mentor staff, and work with the Academic Manager to plan, regulate performance, and ensure clear responsibility and accountability across the faculty.

Qualificações

• Diploma or above in Arts or related field preferred.
• Self-starter with willingness to explore fresh ideas in student engagement.
• Creative problem solver with experience in curriculum management.
• High level of discretion with strict integrity standards in handling confidential matters.
• Good oral and written communication skills, with ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Adept in using Microsoft Office and online meeting tools like Zoom, Google Meet and Lark.
• An understanding of Music and Arts will be beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• To work with Academic Manager to assess and regulate performance of the Dance Faculty.
