Working with senior leadership and government agencies, you will oversee governance, funding submissions and multi-year CAPEX planning, guiding complex programmes and engaging diverse stakeholders.
We are looking for an experienced and forward-looking leader to drive the University’s long-term campus planning, physical development and strategic transformation agenda.
As Director, Campus Planning, Strategy & Transformation, you will shape how our campus evolves to support new models of learning, research, innovation and collaboration. You will lead the Campus Master Plan, major capital developments, campus renewal and complex Addition & Alteration (A&A) programmes, translating the University’s strategic ambitions into future-ready physical environments.

You should bring strong strategic vision and systems thinking, with the ability to connect long-term campus development with organisational strategy and future needs. You will also need strong financial and commercial acumen, executive communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across government, academia and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
Above all, you will bring a transformation mindset, combining strategic ambition with disciplined execution to create a campus that remains adaptable, innovative and ready for the future.
This is an opportunity to influence the next phase of the University’s physical and strategic evolution, shaping not only buildings and infrastructure, but the environments in which future learning, research, innovation and enterprise will take place. If you are passionate about creating future-ready environments and want to make a lasting impact on how a university evolves, we would be pleased to hear from you.
