Job description

We are seeking an experienced Director, Business Solutions to lead a geographically dispersed pre-sales and solutions organization across the region. The successful candidate will guide teams in designing and positioning cloud-based SaaS, AI, and digital engagement solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop an international pre‑sales and solutions team across the region, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and go‑to‑market plans.
  • Work closely with sales specialists, marketing, product teams, partners, and regional leadership to drive commercial and strategic outcomes.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders in services, support, operations, and R&D to support solution innovation and customer success.
  • Oversee a team of solutions engineers responsible for positioning the full customer experience and digital engagement portfolio.
  • Lead contributions to RFP/RFI processes, ensuring all proposed solutions are technically sound and aligned with customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders—including executives, financial decision makers, and technical influencers—throughout major sales cycles.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience managing and scaling regional pre‑sales or solutions teams within the SaaS or cloud technology sector.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and deliver effectively under tight timelines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud, and AI technologies, ideally within digital engagement or customer experience domains.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to assess customer challenges and articulate clear, compelling solutions.
  • Strong executive‑level presentation and communication abilities.
