Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, finance, or related discipline.
• At least 12 years’ professional experience in accounting, auditing, financial reporting, or regulatory functions.
• Experience with leading or reputable audit firm is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Financial Reporting and Standards Department and the Inspection Department.
• Provide strategic and technical accounting advice to the Accounting Standards Committee.
• Drive regulatory transformation using AI and data-enabled approaches.
• Monitor developments in accounting standards and regulations worldwide.
• Oversee periodic updates to legislation and policies to stay robust and relevant.
