Job summary

MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE. LTD. seeks a Director to lead the Asia Services & Solutions Hub, delivering consistent, compliant, and high-quality people services across the region.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in people services, HR operations, or shared services with senior leadership experience.
• Proven ability to design, govern, and improve regional service delivery or shared-services models.
• Strong expertise in governance, risk, process optimization, and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading diverse, multicultural teams and influencing senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the Asia service strategy translating global GPSS priorities into regional roadmap and operating model.
• Design scalable delivery and solution models balancing global standards with local regulatory and market needs.
• Set regional governance, decision rights, and align with global product, process, and service roadmaps.
• Build a capable regional organization with accountability, collaboration, and disciplined execution across countries.
• Lead change and adoption strategies embedding new operating models, digital capabilities, and ways of working.
