Job summary

Ant Group seeks a senior leader to establish and direct the Bank's Structured Finance business as a strategic growth pillar in Singapore. The role oversees origination, structuring and syndication of financing across AI infrastructure and related projects, working with product, risk, treasury and legal teams.

You will build a high-performing team and position the bank as a leading provider in the digital economy, with enterprise-wide visibility and autonomy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience leading structured finance, syndicated lending or infrastructure finance.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end transaction execution and client origination.
• Experience building multi-disciplinary transaction teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Bank's structured finance strategy and product roadmap.
• Lead origination, structuring, execution and syndication of financing transactions.
• Build relationships with corporates, sponsors, investors, and banks.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Risk, Treasury and Legal.
• Identify new market opportunities in the digital economy.
