• Set and steward the strategic direction for Public Sector Transformation.
• Lead the development and continual refinement of the overarching PST strategy, identifying major shifts.
• Synthesize trends and data to surface priorities and broad interventions.
• Translate leadership direction into transformation outcomes and governance.
• Ensure PST priorities align with Whole-of-Government priorities.
• Oversee monitoring and reporting of PST progress and challenges.
• Lead AI-enabled transformation and cross-cutting priorities.
