Job summary

The Public Service Division (Singapore) is seeking a strategic leader to shape the Public Sector Transformation (PST) agenda. You will set the direction, drive the PST strategy, and translate senior leadership priorities into actionable outcomes for agencies and officers.

You will synthesize trends, governance, and stakeholder input to surface priorities, oversee progress reporting, and coordinate AI-enabled transformation across policy, technology, and workforce functions to deliver

Responsibilities

Set and steward the strategic direction for Public Sector Transformation.
Drive development and refinement of the PST strategy and prioritise major shifts.
Synthesize trends and stakeholder input to surface strategic priorities.
Translate senior leadership direction into clear transformation outcomes and narratives.
Ensure PST priorities align with Whole‑of‑Government objectives.
Oversee monitoring and reporting of PST progress and outcomes.
Drive cross‑cutting and AI‑enabled transformation across functions.
Shape governance and operating arrangements for accountability and progress.
Develop proposals for funding, headcount and specialist support for scale.
