Public Service Division (PSD) seeks a Senior Executive / Manager (Strategy) to lead strategic direction for Public Sector Transformation (PST) and drive AI-enabled transformation across government agencies.

You will translate senior leadership direction into coherent strategies, governance, programmes and resourcing plans that enable transformation, with an emphasis on policy, organisational change, and stakeholder collaboration. Initial contract details apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in public-sector strategy or policy is advantageous.
• Track record in cross-agency coordination or Centre-of-Government programs.
• Experience translating strategy into actionable programs and resourcing.

• Set and steward the strategic direction for Public Sector Transformation across PST priorities.
• Drive cross-cutting and AI-enabled transformation with measurable outcomes.
• Shape governance, funding and resources for Whole-of-Government initiatives.
