Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Director-level Unstructured Presales Storage Leader to drive pre-sales strategy for AI data platforms across APAC and EMEA. This hybrid role requires averaging 2 days per week in an HPE office, guiding executive engagements, and shaping repeatable GTM motions with cross-functional teams.

You will own the pre-sales strategy, governance, and enablement, working with sales, product, engineering, and partners to deliver measurable customer value in AI workloads.

Qualifications

• Strategic pre-sales leader with strong technical background in AI/data platforms.
• Experience leading pre-sales in enterprise environments across APAC/EMEA.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable AI architectures.
• Proven track record in complex enterprise sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute pre-sales strategy for the X10K AI data platform business; establish repeatable approaches for opportunity qualification and execution.
• Lead strategic customer engagements with senior stakeholders; translate requirements into scalable AI architectures.
• Guide data-centric AI architecture discussions covering data lifecycle, pipelines, and retrieval architectures.
• Build and enable pre-sales teams through coaching, reference architectures, and sizing methodologies.
