Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in semiconductor process development.
• At least 8 years in equipment-level process integration.
• Hands-on experience leading process development through full Product Life Cycle.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute process technology roadmaps for advanced packaging equipment.
• Lead process development ensuring stability and scalability.
• Engage with customers during demos and technology transfers.
