Qualifikationen

• Strong analytic mindset and attention to detail.
• Background in finance or accounting preferred.
• Experience with financial modeling and due diligence is a plus.
• Experience in private markets is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support evaluation and execution of Direct Co-Investment opportunities." including company, industry and market research
• Perform financial analysis, valuation and financial modeling to assess potential investments
• Support due diligence across commercial, financial and other workstreams, review materials and synthesize findings
• Prepare investment analysis and materials for internal discussions
• Participate in meetings with private equity sponsors and advisors
• Support transaction execution and coordination across stakeholders
• Monitor existing Direct Co-Investment portfolio companies and prepare portfolio review materials
