Job summary

JAPAN FOODS BRIDGE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking staff to provide excellent customer service, including setting tables, guiding guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling cashiering to ensure a pleasant dining experience.

You will also maintain cleanliness, replenish supplies, greet customers, present menus and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience. Training will be provided as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set tables properly by arranging crockery and menus to prepare for customer seating
• Replenish supplies such as serviettes, tableware, and condiments to maintain readiness
• Greet and usher customers to their tables to facilitate smooth seating
• Present menus, inform customers of promotions, answer menu-related questions, and make recommendations upon request to enhance customer experience
• Take customer orders accurately and prepare drinks and desserts to fulfill requests
• Serve food and beverages promptly to customers to ensure satisfaction
• Clear and clean tables after customers finish dining and transport used items to the kitchen for cleaning
• Perform cashiering duties accurately to process customer payments when required
• Carry out opening and closing duties including drinks preparation and housekeeping to maintain operational readiness
• Wash dishes as needed to support kitchen operations
• Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by Supervisors to support team functions
