Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (any discipline).
• Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior work experience required.
• Basic exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) through coursework or internships.
• Fundamental knowledge of Python programming and scripting concepts.
• Strong interest in digitalization, automation, and data-driven problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of digitalization and automation solutions under guidance of senior team members.
• Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).

• Assist in analyzing existing business processes and documenting improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to workflow automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks.
• Help maintain automated reporting solutions for project KPIs, cost tracking, and scheduling.
