Job summary

Longbridge, a Singapore-based internet brokerage and fintech company, is expanding its wealth management capabilities and seeking a Portfolio Manager to develop client-centric investment solutions spanning discretionary wealth management and digital platforms.

You will design multi-asset portfolios, implement asset allocation and rebalancing strategies, monitor risk and performance, and work with Product, Technology, Risk and Compliance teams to translate investment strategies into scalable

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant portfolio management experience.
• Experience with model portfolios or wealth investment solutions.
• Strong understanding of asset allocation, portfolio theory and risk management.
• Experience applying quantitative approaches to portfolio construction, optimisation or rebalancing.
• Direct experience with robo-advisory, digital wealth management or automated investment solutions preferred.
• Good understanding of multi-asset products including equities, fixed income and ETFs.
• Bachelor’s degree; CFA or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English preferred to collaborate with clients and teams across markets.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage multi-asset client portfolios and model portfolios across different risk profiles and investment objectives.
• Develop and implement asset allocation, portfolio construction, optimisation and rebalancing strategies for wealth management solutions.
• Monitor portfolio performance, risk exposures and asset allocation, ensuring alignment with investment objectives and portfolio guidelines.
• Contribute to the development of digital wealth and robo-advisory investment solutions, including risk profiling, portfolio logic and automated rebalancing rules.
• Work with Product, Technology, Risk and Compliance teams to translate investment strategies into scalable digital investment solutions.
• Support investment governance, reporting, and investment committee processes.
