Job summary

Longbridge Singapore seeks a seasoned Portfolio Manager to design and manage multi-asset client portfolios and model portfolios across various risk profiles. You will develop asset allocation, construction, and rebalancing strategies for wealth management platforms and digital wealth solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in portfolio management or related wealth platforms, with experience in robo-advisory and strong cross-market collaboration skills in Chinese and English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in portfolio management or related wealth platforms.
• Strong knowledge of asset allocation, portfolio construction and risk management.
• Experience with quantitative or data-driven portfolio construction methods.
• Direct experience with robo-advisory or digital wealth solutions preferred.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English for client and cross-market collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage multi-asset client portfolios and model portfolios across risk profiles and objectives.
• Develop and implement asset allocation, portfolio construction, optimisation and rebalancing strategies.
• Monitor portfolio performance, risk exposures and align with objectives and guidelines.
• Contribute to digital wealth and robo-advisory solutions, including risk profiling and automated rebalancing rules.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Risk and Compliance to translate strategies into scalable digital solutions.
• Support governance, reporting, and investment committee processes.
