Job summary

IMDA's Digital Transformation Cluster, through the Digital Leaders Programme Office, seeks a proactive professional to map and advance digital roadmaps for Singaporean enterprises, aligning business strategies with technology-enabled transformation and mobilising IMDA resources.

You will build partnerships with government agencies, industry bodies, and tech providers, administer initiatives and grants, and measure impact across an enterprise portfolio to sharpen Singapore's digital leadership.

Qualifications

Degree in Marketing, IT, Business Technology or related field with 3+ years in enterprise or digital transformation.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into tech-enabled opportunities.
Knowledge of AI, data and emerging technologies with ability to discuss use cases.
Analytical, methodical, process-oriented, organized and proactive; comfortable with ambiguity.
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage local enterprises to develop digital roadmaps and mobilise IMDA resources.
Develop interventions like capability-building, tech discovery, advisory engagements and peer-learning.
Drive a vibrant Digital Leaders community by coordinating partners across agencies, industry, and academia.
Administer digital initiatives including targets, grants and budgets; track transformation impact.
