Job summary

The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) champions a future-ready built environment in Singapore. We seek resourceful, energetic professionals to help transform the industry through digital solutions and strong stakeholder engagement.

You will work on driving digital transformation, coordinating with practitioners, tech providers, and research institutions, and managing pilot projects to evaluate new technologies for regulatory use.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or construction-related discipline.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Able to work independently and in a team; eager to learn.
• 3+ years of experience in architectural, engineering, construction, or large project environments.
• Experience with change management, process improvement, or strategic planning.
• Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
• Proactive with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion and drive digital transformation for the built environment industry.
• Collaborate with industry practitioners, technology providers and research institutions to adopt digital technology.
• Oversee pilots and assess implementation of new and emerging technologies.
• Support formulation and implementation of industry-wide digital solutions for regulatory functions.
• Develop practice guides/standards to guide submissions.
