Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, CS, or related field.
• 15+ years in technical and software deployment.
• Experience with Industry 4.0, global digital transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management and change leadership.
• Experience with IoT, AI, robotics, and digital platforms.
• Familiar with MES, ERP, PLM.

• Direct and implement the autonomous manufacturing vision for a center of excellence in global production.
• Lead multiple projects while influencing cross-organizational operations.
