Qualifications

• Structured, user-centric problem solver with strong data analysis, benefits tracking and dashboarding capability.
• Ability to translate technology constraints into clear, business-centric recommendations for senior management.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and executive communication skills.
• Background in finance or business analytics preferred; change-management experience an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the enterprise digital transformation roadmap.
• Facilitate business cases and value hypotheses with DT teams and partners.
• Track OKRs, value realisation, adoption, budget and resources; identify duplication risks across stacks.
• Scan emerging technology and translate into prioritised opportunities.
• Prepare steering forum materials, dashboards, options papers and follow-up actions for management.
