Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-disciplinary engineering projects from requirements through delivery. You will plan schedules, identify risks, and communicate trade-offs to executives and engineers, while driving the technical direction of your programs.

In this role you will manage projects of varying size, identify opportunities for process improvements, and collaborate with internal customers to deliver scalable solutions across Google’s infrastructure.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management with leading multi-disciplinary projects.
• Experience with data center, networking, and operations.

• 8 years of experience with design, fabrication or construction projects, their services, documents, tools and processes, in high-technology projects.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, and manage multiple simultaneous projects.
• Excellent presentation, influencing, and strategic thinking skills.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. Responsibilities

• Establish a robust content management ecosystem. Create and maintain a healthy and efficient system for managing technical content.
• Oversee existing digital content and tools. Take ownership and ensure the proper utilization of current tools, including Windchill, AODocs, BIM360, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Develop and implement new solutions. Create and integrate new tools as needed to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
• Establish a sustainable model for AI-based tools. Develop a long-term plan for managing content management tools, especially AI-driven platforms like OpsMind, which require ongoing training and processing.
• Lead system integration and change management. Drive the integration of content management systems with other interfacing systems and teams.
