Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ year of Support Engineering or related work experience; or an associate's degree with 2+ years of related experience.
• Advanced degree may substitute for up to one year of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Digital SoC validation, characterization, and production readiness activities from silicon bring-up through HVM.
• Execute silicon validation and debug on ATE, SLT, and bench platforms.
• Support development, validation, and deployment of manufacturing test solutions.
• Assist in yield, power, performance, quality, and reliability analysis to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• Support test coverage analysis, test program optimization, test hardware validation, and ATE-to-SLT correlation activities.
• Participate in cross-functional debug activities with Design, Software, Systems, Test, and Product Engineering teams.
• Support product qualification and manufacturing ramp activities with Reliability, Process, Operations, and Customer Engineering teams.
• Develop scripts, automation tools, and data analysis solutions to improve engineering productivity and manufacturing efficiency.
• Document findings, track issues, and communicate progress to project teams.

Job Summary

Support Digital SoC validation, debug, and High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM) readiness across ATE, SLT, and bench platforms. Work closely with Design, Software, Systems, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to support silicon bring-up, test execution, yield improvement, and production support activities.

Requirements

• Fundamental knowledge of Digital SoC architecture, silicon validation, or product engineering concepts.
• Understanding of ATE, SLT, silicon debug, and manufacturing test methodologies
• Familiarity with data analysis and statistical techniques.
• Exposure to scripting or analytics tools such as Python, SQL, JMP, or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of Support Engineering or related work experience.
• OR
• Associate's degree and 2+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience.
• OR
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience.
• Completed advanced degree in a relevant field may be substituted for up to one year (Master’s = one year) of work experience.
