Job summary

ResMed is seeking a Product Manager – Digital Supply Chain to shape, deliver and continuously improve an assigned digital supply chain capability. The role sits as the business-facing product lead, connecting process, technology and data to deliver scalable solutions and measurable business value.

The candidate will own the product vision, backlog and outcomes, collaborating with operational, process and technology teams from discovery through delivery, adoption and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, IT, business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience across supply chain operations, manufacturing, logistics or digital transformation.
• Strong knowledge of at least one core domain (manufacturing, warehousing, maintenance, planning or asset management).
• Experience leading a digital product or enterprise capability from discovery to continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to translate operational needs into product requirements, backlogs and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap and priorities aligned with Digital Supply Chain strategy.
• Lead product discovery with users and process owners, translating needs into epics and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with delivery teams, vendors and system integrators to build and deploy capabilities.
• Own adoption, value realisation and continuous improvement across sites and regions.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, cybersecurity and data governance requirements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Information Technology, Business or related discipline
