  • Stay plugged into cultural moments, platform trends, and feature updates — from TikTok shifts to Instagram tools — and translate these into stronger campaigns. You will be a go‑to voice internally and externally on what's next in social.
  • Collaborate with creators, internal teams, and different business units to brainstorm, validate, and deliver campaigns — from pitch to execution. You wll bring strong communication and teamwork to the table.

Qualifications
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in digital, content, or social strategy roles, with proven experience developing social‑first strategies that led to measurable audience engagement or brand growth
  • Strong grasp of social media trends, platforms, and social content creator ecosystems
  • Comfortable using insights (qualitative or quantitative) to shape thinking, and the various tools to enable that
  • Strong communication skills — written, visual, and verbal
  • Bonus: experience in social listening tools or working directly with creators
