Job summary

RISE by BCG U is seeking Teaching Assistants to support mid-career professionals in acquiring and applying digital skills. You will help run online training sessions, manage breakout rooms, and facilitate interactive learning activities.

You’ll assist trainees via chat and email, address questions, escalate when needed, and provide one-on-one coaching to keep learners on track. You will also monitor attendance and assessments to help improve the program.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coaching learners effectively.
• Disciplined, process-oriented approach with willingness to reskill.
• Excellent proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal skills.
• Proficiency in using tech tools such as Zoom, Miro, and Trello, with ability to learn new tools.
• Competency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Responsible, meticulous, and able to manage tasks independently.
• Strong team player with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support Trainers: Assist in hosting online training sessions, manage breakout rooms, and facilitate interactive activities.
• Trainee Assistance: Communicate session details and address trainee questions, escalate complex queries to trainers.
• Facilitate Group Work: Lead coaching sessions and guide discussions.
• One-on-One Coaching: Motivate and support learners individually.
• Monitor Progress: Track attendance and assessments to identify at-risk trainees and provide support.
• Provide Feedback: Update trainers on progress, pacing, and content effectiveness.
• Assessment Grading: Collaborate with trainers to grade trainee assessments.
• Process Improvement: Help review and enhance existing processes for a better learning experience.
