Job summary

Mann + Hummel, Inc. invites an intern to join the Digital Ops team in Singapore to support purchasing, supply chain management and quality management.

The role includes sourcing, pricing negotiations, order creation, supplier management, and budgeting to help maintain efficient operations. You will collect and analyze data, assist in reporting departmental objectives and KPIs to the Digital Ops Director, and participate in improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate business student pursuing Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
• Good analytical skills and self-motivated.
• Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization, willingness to work in a team environment.
• Handle multiple activities simultaneously and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Digital Ops team with purchasing, supply chain management and quality management.
• Support daily activities: global supplier sourcing, pricing negotiations, order creation, supplier management, supply chain planning, invoice processing, budget reporting.
• Assist Digital Ops Director with reporting of departmental objectives and key performance indicators.
• Perform data collection and data analysis.
• Generate process and procedure documents.
• Participate in new or continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
