Job summary

TÜV SÜD is seeking a Product Manager – Digital MRV for Nature-based Solutions in Singapore. You will define and execute the digital MRV product strategy, drive the full lifecycle from discovery to delivery, and lead stakeholder engagement to strengthen TÜV SÜD's leadership in carbon verification and NbS assurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience in regulated industries.
• Knowledge of climate science, carbon markets, MRV.
• Ability to define product strategy, roadmaps, and deliver complex initiatives.
• Strong customer discovery, user research, and requirements gathering.
• Experience turning regulatory/domain requirements into product and technical solutions.
• Proven collaboration with engineering, design, operations, and business teams in agile environments.
• Data-driven mindset with SQL and analytics for product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Digital MRV solutions.
• Translate requirements into scalable digital products aligned with TÜV SÜD objectives.
• Conduct market analysis, customer discovery, and user research to identify needs and priorities.
• Establish product goals, KPIs, and use data to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, data science, and domain experts to build user-centric solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering, backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, and release management.
• Ensure designs meet security, compliance, scalability, and integration requirements.
• Partner with verification and audit teams to digitize processes and workflows.
• Drive AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve verification efficiency and decision support.
• Establish governance for AI, ensuring transparency and human oversight.
• Build partnerships with carbon market stakeholders and ecosystem players.
