Job summary

Visa Hunt in Singapore is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to strategize and engage more users for our new platform. You will lead brand strategy, set style guides and value propositions, and own daily execution of search engine activity (SEO and SEM), as well as content across social channels.

The role requires 3+ years in performance digital marketing, hands-on SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing and Google Analytics, with strong copywriting and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years in performance digital marketing across SEO, SEM, social media and content marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics.
• Strong copywriting and excellent communication skills.
• Mandarin proficiency preferred for liaising with China market.

Responsibilities

• Develop brand strategy including style guides, brand vision and value proposition.
• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies; manage Google SEO/SEM.
• Monitor content effectiveness across social media channels.
• Optimize user engagement through newsletters, retargeting, and campaigns.

Our client is a Singapore start-up company, which engages in gaming, influencer marketing, and social networking to provide innovative solutions and digital services to our business partners and customers globally. They are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to strategize and engage more users for their new platform.

Responsibilities:

• Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand vision and value proposition for short and long term
• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies and in charge of the daily execution of search engine activity (both paid and organic), mainly Google SEO and SEM
• Monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing content in different of social media channels
• Continuously optimize users engagement activities such as newsletters, display retargeting, social retargeting, etc
• Responsible for campaign testing (A/B test landing pages, creatives, new ad formats, audience targeting, etc)
• Contribute to other team projects and initiatives, remaining flexible and willing to contribute

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years working experience across all areas of performance digital marketing with strong copywriting skills
• Hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, Google Analytics
• Familiar with internet and gaming industry customer behaviors and consuming trends
• Resourceful and personable character who appreciates and works well in a culture of trust and candor
• Team player with initiative, willingness to learn, appreciate mentoring/knowledge sharing among team members and building a positive team culture
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual proficiency, especially in Mandarin as need to liaise with China customers
