Job summary

Heng Got Manpower Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Marketing Executive to develop and manage content across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

You will plan campaigns, support photography/video shoots, and coordinate branding activities to boost lead generation and brand awareness. The role requires a degree in Marketing or related field, 1–2 years of experience, and proficiency with ad platforms and Adobe suite.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and publishing content for multiple platforms (Facebook, IG, YouTube, TikTok, Google).
• Familiar with Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads.
• Strong design sense with basic image editing skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and digitally savvy.

Responsibilities

• Social media/Digital Marketing: create & monitor content for several platforms at once
• Provide strategy on delivering content to the right audience on the right channels (Facebook/Instagram/Google/TikTok)
• Follow brand guidelines to execute activities involving branding, advertising, social media, partnerships
• Create and design promotional material including posters, brochures, advertisements and other print/online media
• Plan and develop integrated marketing strategies to increase lead generation and drive brand awareness, engagement and conversion
• Frequently encompassing both digital and offline media
• Brainstorm, plan strategies and execute innovative social media campaigns for multiple platforms
• Coordinate and assist in photography or videography for campaigns and content

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

Requirements:

• Degree / Professional Qualification in Marketing, Business, Communication Design, Video or related discipline
• Minimum of 1- 2 years of relevant experience working in relevant field
• Creating and publishing creative content for multiple platforms should be second nature to you (Facebook, IG,
  YouTube, Tiktok, Google)
• Experienced with Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads
• Basic design and image editing skills Very meticulous, organized and digitally savvy.
• Works well in both team and individual settings
• Strong command of language, written and spoken
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom
• Big pluses for Video editing knowledge / experience in HubSpot / SEO article writing
