Job summary

Travel Star Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Website Manager to maintain the official site, publish travel packages, promos and destination information, and ensure accurate pricing and booking details.

You will oversee online sales platforms, coordinate with Sales, IT and Accounts, optimize content for SEO, monitor analytics, and respond to customer enquiries to drive traffic and conversions.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update the official website to ensure accurate information, content, promotions and product listings.
Upload, edit and maintain travel packages, itineraries and promotional campaigns.
Ensure accuracy of content, pricing, availability, terms, images and booking info before publication.
Monitor functionality, navigation, forms and enquiry channels to ensure a smooth user experience.
Coordinate with developers and vendors to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
Regularly check for outdated info, broken links and errors.
Assist in improving layout, usability, mobile responsiveness and overall user experience.
