Job summary

VDL Enabling Technologies Group (Singapore) seeks a Manufacturing Digital Engineer to drive end-to-end digitalization within the System Integration Department. You will design and deploy automated workflows, KPI dashboards, and data platforms to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput across production and testing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or related field.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing engineering, process optimization, or digital manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, and MES systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end manufacturing and testing processes to identify optimization opportunities (efficiency, quality, cost, cycle time).
• Design, develop, and deploy digital manufacturing solutions, including workflow automation, data collection platforms, and KPI dashboards.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, FPY improvement, bottleneck reduction, and capacity optimization.
• Develop and maintain internal manufacturing systems and applications (e.g., support request platforms, tooling management, certification systems).
• Integrate manufacturing data with MES, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other enterprise systems.
• Standardize manufacturing and testing processes through SOPs, WI, templates, and digital forms.
