Job summary

You will collaborate with maintenance teams, software engineers, IoT/PLC and data scientists to plan, implement, and monitor technologies across Singapore and globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or similar; 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years of engineering experience in an industrial environment.
• 5+ years in project management, Scrum, and software deployment.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects for accelerated sites and collaborate with cross-functional squads.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global teams to gather requirements and use cases.
• Interface with corporate functions to prepare technical documents, presentations, and reports.
• Develop digital maintenance applications, including LLMs and predictive maintenance solutions.
• Lead deployment as part of a Scrum team or as a Product Owner.
• Manage Scrum Product Owner activities.
• Oversee sprint execution and bug tracking.
• Monitor IT and Industry 4.0 projects.
• Deliver scalable and secure OT/IT solutions.
