Job summary

V-SWIFT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an ICT Trainer to develop and deliver training materials for school students, focusing on Google Workspace, Procreate on iPad, and Microsoft Office. You will create resources, assist with PDLP programs, and support data management practices across the ICT department.

The role requires delivering lessons on ICT tools, coordinating with teachers, and providing videography for events and training sessions, while promoting a cohesive digital learning environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or multimedia discipline required.
• Ability to deliver training to secondary students and maintain classroom discipline.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sites, Classroom, Docs).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive.
• Proficient in emerging AI tools.
• Proficient in iPad apps (Apple Classroom, Pages, Notes, Calendar and Reminders).
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Ability to train staff and students on listed ICT software/apps.

Responsibilities

• Prepare training materials/resources, exercises and projects for ALP curriculum as needed.
• Assess and review ICT learning progress across students and classes.
• Conduct ICT lessons on Google Workspace apps and iPad tools for students.
• Assist with PDLP training for students and staff; coordinate with suppliers.
• Promote data management habits and data housekeeping among staff and students.
• Provide administrative support for the ICT department.
• Promote use of Google Classroom, Google Calendar and Google Sites through training.
• Support Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and other ICT tools with training for staff and students.
• Advise teachers on software usage and resolve ICT-related issues.
• Provide videography support during lessons and for school events.
