Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a proactive policy and programme analyst for a 12-month contract to support digital readiness, inclusion programmes, fund administration and KPI reporting. The role is near Pasir Panjang MRT with a standard Monday–Friday schedule.

You will review funded projects, conduct surveys, analyse effectiveness, coordinate meetings and prepare updates for management and parliamentary replies as needed.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking and ability to assess issues with data-driven recommendations.
• Experience in policy, planning, programme management, or research.
• Familiarity with research methodologies and data analysis is advantageous.
• Interest in digital readiness and digital inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Support digital readiness and inclusion programme planning, partnership initiatives, fund administration and KPI reporting.
• Conduct surveys and analyse feedback to assess programme reach, effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Review funded projects to evaluate impact, sustainability and potential for scaling or integration.
• Review fund evaluation processes and recommend improvements to assessment of proposals and outcomes.
• Conduct research, analyse findings and develop recommendations to support programme development and decision-making.
• Coordinate internal meetings, prepare materials, document discussions and follow up on actions.
• Support planning, reporting and management updates and parliamentary replies when required.
