Job summary

Beautiful Mum @ Orchard is seeking a digital marketing specialist to plan and run campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu, with a Monday to Friday 10am–7pm schedule.

You will optimize campaigns for lead generation, sales, and brand growth; track performance, analyze data, and share insights; collaborate with KOLs for events and social media engagement, and create content for key platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of cross-channel marketing strategies.
• Creative thinker with a flair for branding and storytelling.
• Data-driven and comfortable with analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and project management skill.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
• Optimize campaigns for lead generation, sales, and brand growth.
• Track performance, analyze data, and share actionable insights.
• Improve SEO to boost organic traffic and online visibility.
• Collaborate with KOLs for events, campaigns, and social media engagement.
• Plan and write content for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.
• Craft catchy headlines, slogans, and ad copy.
• Design marketing visuals when needed.
• Brainstorm creative ideas to drive growth.
• Handle ad-hoc marketing tasks as required.
