Job summary

Institute of Digital Government (IDG) seeks a Manager (Communications) to drive digital media, marketing, and content strategy. Your role is to accelerate digital upskilling and AI adoption across the Public Service, establishing IDG’s digital presence and convincing public officers to adopt new digital tools.

You will lead digital platform management, create multimedia content, analyze campaign performance, and ensure brand consistency across all public-facing materials.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, visual communications, or content creation.
• Proficient in video editing and production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into engaging narratives for a non-technical audience.
• Experience planning and executing campaigns with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Manage IDG’s public facing website, social media, and internal communication platforms.
• Plan and execute communication campaigns; storyboard, write copy and produce multimedia content.
• Monitor engagement metrics across channels and optimise campaigns.
• Implement brand guidelines and ensure consistent visual identity across materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
