Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is hiring a Project Manager in Singapore to lead digital governance across government agency engagements. The role focuses on governance planning, alignment with standards, and cross-functional delivery with technology and security teams.

You will drive governance integration, compliance with public sector requirements, and readiness reviews, while reporting progress to leadership. A strong background in ICT governance and stakeholder facilitation is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of relevant work experience in project management, digital governance, or technology delivery.
• Experience with ICT governance, stakeholder management, and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile delivery, and compliance/audit processes.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CITPM, TOGAF, ITIL, or equivalent.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, or SharePoint; front-end frameworks like React/Angular/Foundation 6.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of the Digital Governance framework, policies, standards, playbooks and templates.
• Partner with product teams, project managers, engineers, architects and stakeholders to embed governance across the delivery lifecycle.
• Drive compliance with DSS/IM8 reform, track remediation actions and close gaps timely.
• Review solution proposals, designs and deliverables for alignment with architecture and governance standards.
• Prepare management reports, governance dashboards and progress updates for stakeholders.
