Job summary

Qualifications

• Exposure to digital marketing topics and data literacy is a plus.
• Experience with creative content or data management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support CX across digital channels and customer facing teams.
• Assist content marketing projects including tagging and basic development.
• Assist in basic reporting and data analysis for campaigns and content.
• Contribute to agile project management and change management tasks.
• Perform other operational tasks to support campaigns, channels, content, events and services.
