VISEO ASIA is seeking a Digital Communication & AI associate to support internal digital communication initiatives, content creation, AI topics, and presentation development. Ideal for a fresh graduate or final-year student passionate about technology and digital transformation.

You will work with business and project teams to contribute to internal campaigns, AI awareness, and executive presentation materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related discipline.
Proficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
Strong digital content creation capabilities.
Interest in AI, Generative AI, and digital transformation.
Creative, proactive and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with different teams.
Basic understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or GenAI technologies.
Experience creating communication materials, social media content, newsletters, or presentations.
Exposure to business projects or digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

Support internal digital communication activities and employee engagement initiatives.
Create and manage digital content, including newsletters, articles, announcements, and communication materials.
Assist in preparing professional PowerPoint presentations for management and business stakeholders.
Research AI trends, tools, and use cases, and help develop awareness and training materials.
Support IT and business teams in organizing training sessions, workshops, and communication campaigns.
Collaborate with project teams to translate technical concepts into clear and engaging business content.
Contribute ideas to improve internal communication and digital adoption across the organization.
