Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related discipline.
• Strong presentation skills, and ability to craft clear messages.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and MS Office tools.
• Good digital content creation capabilities and knowledge of AI concepts.
• Interest in AI, Generative AI, and digital transformation.
• Creative, proactive and eager to learn, with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support internal digital communication activities and employee engagement initiatives.
• Create and manage digital content, newsletters, articles, announcements, and communication materials.
• Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Research AI trends, tools, and use cases; develop awareness and training materials.
• Assist IT and business teams in organizing training sessions and campaigns.
• Collaborate with project teams to translate technical concepts into business content.
• Contribute ideas to improve internal communication and digital adoption.
