Job summary

CapBridge Pte. Ltd. invites an intern to support trustee and custody operations across the digital asset lifecycle. You will work with operations, compliance, legal, and product teams to aid in daily processes, regulatory checks, and safeguarding client assets.

The role offers exposure to MAS-regulated operations, SPV structures, and tokenization workflows, with mentorship from experienced professionals in capital markets and fintech.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a business- or finance-related field.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day trustee and custody processes.
• Assist in regulatory compliance and safeguarding client assets.
• Onboard issuers, counterparties, and intermediaries; review KYC/KYB documents.
• Prepare trustee minutes, board packs, and transaction logs.
• Maintain custody records, reports, and audit trails.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties as needed.
• Assist with MAS reviews, audits, and internal checks.
• Contribute to process improvement and digitisation projects.
