Hudson River Trading seeks a Crypto Business Operations Manager in Singapore to support day‑to‑day operations of our digital assets business and help scale core functions across platform management, data integrity, project management, treasury processes, and operational execution.

The ideal candidate is a fast learner with interest in automated trading, cryptocurrencies, and financial markets, capable of navigating a rapid environment and serving as a liaison between HRT and counterparties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in business operations, financial operations, markets, or a related field.
• Technical skills (Unix, Python, and SQL) are a plus.
• Solid understanding of trading and exchanges required.
• Knowledge of trading systems, risk, hedging, forks, proof-of-work vs. proof-of-stake, and other trading and digital assets-related features.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• A strong work ethic and desire to see complex projects through from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage business operations of HRT’s digital assets trading business.
• Develop and maintain relationships with exchanges, platforms, and other external counterparties.
• Partner closely with accounting, operations, and platform teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Research and evaluate new markets for potential trading opportunities and work with traders and developers to implement new markets.
• Track and manage marketplace changes, including technical, product, pricing, and legal developments.
• Work with developers and infrastructure on continued performance optimization.
• Immerse oneself in the marketplace in order to deal with the idiosyncrasies of the market and how they affect HRT.

Hudson River Trading (HRT) is seeking a Crypto Business Operations Manager to join our Digital Assets team in Singapore. In this role, you will support the day‑to‑day operations of our digital assets business and help scale critical business functions across platform management, data integrity, project management, treasury processes, and operational execution.

The ideal candidate is an eager learner with a strong interest in automated trading, cryptocurrencies, digital assets, and financial markets, along with excellent judgment and the ability to navigate a fast‑paced environment while solving complex operational problems. In this role, you will be immersed in the ever‑changing financial markets, solve problems in an extremely fast‑paced, real‑time environment, and serve as the primary liaison between HRT and its counterparties.
