Job summary

TDCX Singapore is seeking customer-focused professionals to join our global CX and digital marketing teams. You will support advertisers via phone and email, propose solutions to inquiries, and help drive ROI through optimization of campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to a portfolio of advertisers through phone and email, to provide customer satisfaction and elevate issues as appropriate.
• Offer solutions to the advertiser inquiries to meet customer wait times.
• Develop and analyze keywords, titles, description, bidding strategies for potential customers to maximize results, drive volume and hit targets on their advertising accounts in order to maximize ROI when appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and grow the account of the advertiser by improving performance and investment, including cross selling, to meet revenue targets.
• Proactively give suggestions to improve the processes and grow the portfolio revenue.
• To build a professional online advertising campaign for the customers.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
